About the center
The activities of the Center are aimed at the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of diseases of the spine and joints without medications and operations.
The author of the method is Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Sergey Bubnovsky.
With the help of individually selected exercises, the functions of muscle tissue are restored, the ability to contract and relax normally, relieve painful muscle spasm, improve blood circulation and transport of nutrients to the spine and joints.

The technique has proven its effectiveness
The method of Dr. Bubnovsky has been successfully used in the treatment of the musculoskeletal system for over 30 years. Today, more than 150 medical centers use it in their work.
Safe
We use MTB simulators (Multifunctional Simulators Bubnovsky). The simulators operate in decompression mode and allow you to perform exercises without axial load on the spine and joints.

— assessment of the state of the musculoskeletal system;
— assessment of life and disease history;
— analysis of x-rays, magnetic resonance and computed tomography studies of the spine (if necessary);
— mandatory assessment of the muscle tissue of all regions of the spine and joints in dynamics;
— functional testing in the rehab room on specially selected training equipment.
Management of classes is performed according to the individual scheme, taking into account concomitant diseases. Exercises are aimed at restoring the functions of the muscle tissue, the ability for its normal contraction and relaxation, relieving painful muscle spasm, improving blood circulation and transport of nutrients to the spine and joints. Exercises are performed without axial load on the spine and joints; they are safe for people with a neglected state of the musculoskeletal system.
Restoring the function of the muscle tissue, proper movement, breathing, related procedures allow you to return to working capacity, improve the condition of the spine and joints, the cardiovascular system, internal organs and improve the quality of life in general.

- Examination by a qualified physiotherapist, within the framework of which the following set of measures is performed:
— assessment of the state of the musculoskeletal system;
— assessment of life and disease history;
— analysis of x-rays, magnetic resonance and computed tomography studies of the spine (if necessary);
— mandatory assessment of the muscle tissue of all regions of the spine and joints in dynamics;
— functional testing in the rehab room on specially selected training equipment.
- Prescription of an individual treatment program in the rehab room with specially selected exercise equipment. Sessions are conducted under the supervision of a specialist, include training on the correct execution of exercises and breathing (“diaphragmatic breathing”). A whole range of natural pain relief methods (cryo applications, local cryotherapy, cold water bath, sauna therapy) are used to relieve pain.
- Carrying out current medical supervision.

POSSIBLE CONTRAINDICATIONS ARE:
- Malignant neoplasms;
- Purulent processes;
- External and internal haemorrhage, neovascularization near large blood vessels or nerve trunks;
- Acute coronary and cerebral blood flow disorders;
- Acute cardiovascular disorders;
- Tuberculosis, hyperthyroidism of the thyroid gland, edema;
- Progressive muscular dystrophy;
- Severe psychiatric disorders, dementia, multiple sclerosis, major depressive disorder;
- Acute inflammation of internal organs;
- A set of various severe chronic diagnoses;
- If you are less than 6 years or more than 85 years old.
During the consultation, the doctor makes changes to the individual exercise plan to achieve better results and to diversify the program and make the sessions more interesting.
