Unique method
In 1990-s, following the ideas of Hippocrates and G. Zander, Dr. Bubnovsky brought back to life the term “kinesitherapy”. He created the first in Russia modern medical exercise machine which worked in the decompression mode, allowing children over the age of 6 and the elderly with various diseases to do some exercises. Exercising on these machines is possible without the risk of injury or exacerbation of the disease. The doctor has stressed that some random movements would not heal you, the properly chosen exercises can treat many things! To be able to decide about the right type of exercise, Dr. Bubnovsky has developed the so called myofascial diagnostics which is offered to each patient before starting the recovery program. Diagnostics helps to choose the right movements for each patient. The complex of the therapeutic movements developed by Dr. Bubnovsky always goes hand in hand with the correct movement techniques, the right training intensity and diaphragmatic breathing techniques.

Each process has its own structure – as for the method of Dr. Bubnovsky, it is cycle after cycle. Three cycles can be considered as full course with 12 sessions in every cycle. Recommended training frequency - not less than 3 times a week. A break of more than 2 days between sessions is not recommended as it can reduce the effectiveness of the program. At the end of each session it is recommended to perform cryobalneotreatment - sauna and cold water.

After completing the three-cycle course, with the permission of a physiotherapist, it is possible to purchase a subscription to 12 classes for independent preventive workout sessions in our gym. Price - 200 eur.

Cycle

For the first cycle, an individual exercise / workout program is developed, consisting of specific, individual exercises based on the consultative examination and assessments of the functional status of the patient. The purpose of the first cycle is to relieve the pain without medication and restore functionality, as well as get rid of the fear linked to painful exercising. During the first cycle, sauna therapy is introduced, which is also an important part of this method.

Cycle

For the second cycle, trainer would make the workout program more complicated, introducing more interesting and more effective exercises on the floor.

Cycle

During the third cycle, the achieved results are reinforced, and new practices on the exercise machines are carried out. Those would include super series, the so called 'pyramids' and exercise machines with free-weight.
